Hardwired Hosting undertake both automatic and manual fraud check processes for the first order each client makes, if your order shows as Fraud after ordering, please contact the Billing Department so we can investigate. It's entirely possible that our fraud systems may sometimes wrongly block orders, in which case we can accept the order and allow you to proceed with your payment as normal.
